Patch cord certification must include the RJ45 connections to the adapters under ANSI/TIA-568.D-2, ISO/IEC 11801:2017 Edition 3.0 and IEC 61935-2 for Category 6A. The typical life expectancy of the special laboratory tested RJ45 jack is 5,000 insertions, and it can be replaced with care for 10 more times.
