Logistics Capabilities

We have over 1,700 sq. ft. of sales & distribution space and over 3,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, stocking a full range of the cabling products and accessories, to cater to our customer’s continued demands.

Our sales & distribution office is centrally located in town (between Farrer Park MRT station and Lavender MRT station). We have a full range of products on open-rack display & we are ready for any demo request from our walk-in customers.

We have training facilities to teach and demonstrate our full range of Fluke Networks copper and fiber testers, wired and wireless Network analyzer & monitoring software and iTRACS/AMPTRAC real-time intelligent cabling management system and solution.

Our Testing & Machining laboratory allow us to customize to your requirement; test and evaluate new prototypes; perform minor repairs; fabricate customer cable harness assemblies, etc.

Technical Capabilities

Our staffs are well versed in their area of responsibilities. They are active and competent in the industry that serves their customers. Accreditations and memberships such as BICSI, RCDD, IEEE, ISO Standard Working Group, Microsoft, MCSE, SiTF, and EESC serves to enhance our working relationship with our customers in this industry.

We perform consultancy and implementation site review on applications relating to our local and international standards-based products and solutions.

We have undertaken local and overseas consultancy projects in Information Transport System (ITS); intelligent cabling management system implementation; and end-to-end cabling connectivity tracking on High Frequency RFID tagging.

Sales Capabilities

You can rely on our multi-disciplinary and friendly sales team who are skilled and knowledgeable in the products we offer. We believe in good service and support, with a mind-set that “if it won’t work, we won’t sell to you”.

We conduct close consultancy with our client for design-in based on their requirements. We participate actively in Proof of Concept (PoC), mock up and evaluation on the products and solutions we offer. Our sales team exercise best industry practices and pass down such knowledge to our clients.

For our Fluke Networks product line, we provide post-sales technical support through site demonstration, training, inspection, testing, certification, calibration and troubleshooting with call-up free knowledge base on the products we have sold.

For iTRACS/AMPTRAC software product line, we offer implementation and maintenance services. We also participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) on all installed software features, reports and documentation. We deliver quality results through professional reports creation, customized training and uncompromising Scope of Works for each client. All our implementations are protected by system and performance warranty through SLA with regular software updates and upgrades.

For Tyco/AMP cabling product line, we conduct workshop, seminar, road show, training, technical updates session, demonstration and customer site mock-up regularly.
