Delivery

Free delivery within mainland Singapore for order value $500 and above in a single purchase can be arranged, after payment has been received for all purchases on our E-Shop, subjected to the terms herein.

• Delivery will take place within 5 working days if the item(s) are in-stock. We will notify the Buyer on the delivery lead time if the item(s) are out of stock or sold out in full or partial.
• Delivery will be made on Monday to Friday between 9am to noon and 2 to 5pm excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
• A delivery charge is applicable for order below $500 if local delivery is requested.
• Self-collection at our business address must be arranged to ensure that there are staff member present to wait on the Buyer.

Non-Singapore Delivery Address

Goods and Service Tax will be waived for order to be shipped out of Singapore. Buyer shall appoint their own export-licenced freight forwarder (for air or sea shipment) and instruct them to contact GEIC directly for collection and the necessary documentation. All shipping charges shall be bear by the Buyer. Airway bills shall be arranged and provided by the Buyer for all mode of air courier express delivery or otherwise.
